What is art on referral?

Art on referral supports positive mental wellbeing through art. Numerous groups meet across Bristol to make art and escape everyday struggles. The impact on participants can be huge…

“It helps me to feel less isolated & anxious. I met friends I wouldn’t normally have come into contact with.”

“It’s helped bring me through and out of acute depression, as well as seeing me through and helping manage PTSD. Helps in finding my identity after such profound loss.”
