Colin Moody

Born 1970s

Moody is a Bristol-based artist who has recorded the city, from St Paul’s Carnival to Theaster Gates’s Sanctum public art work to the streets of Stokes Croft. During the first lockdown in 2020 he replaced an advertisement hoarding in St Werburghs with an image of street workers, thanking them. Most recently Moody captured the dynamic images of the Colston statue being deposed and rolled to the harbour to be thrown in the water during the Black Lives Matter demonstration on 7th  June 2020.
